I’ve been left with lots and lots of the green tomatoes.. But I have to say, they taste gorgeous when cooked in to chilli and served with oven baked potatoes.. Yummy! 😋
I did fry up a batch if fried green tomatoes. So wish it was to accompany some pulled roasted pork!
